Iron Man Costume

As one of my projects I am in progress of making an iron man suit. So far it has come out as a fail to start with the helmet. I used cheap 1 Pound 1/16 of an inch foam, a fail. So, I am trying to find some cheap EVA foam from the internet

I found that using the same foam and then paper mashe-ing it would make it very strong and durable at the same time
